My aim with my thesis project was to discover which factors contribute to positive versus negative childbirth experiences, and how we with the help of design can contribute to having more women remember their childbirth experience with emotional wellbeing and empowerment. The final result is guidelines and visualizations of how a Swedish birth center could look like in Umeå.
